"Ant Aberdeen" has consistently maintained a steady growth pace in the increasingly competitive market over the years. Unlike low-cost competition, its success stems from strong brand positioning and influence. In our relationships with partners, we prioritize long-term support and mutual development, focusing on sustainable growth rather than short-term gains. This approach is especially beneficial for small and medium-sized customers, as we aim to build long-term partnerships by offering comprehensive, systematic, and standardized support—ranging from sales training, business models, store management, branding, promotion, to information feedback. Supported by an advanced management system, we work closely with agents to ensure that "Ant Aberdeen" becomes the top children's clothing brand in every city.
Our win-win partnership model, robust customer support system, unique product style, and strong brand vitality have attracted numerous interested operators in the children’s fashion industry. To better target different markets, we conducted extensive research and categorized major and mid-sized cities into three levels: A, B, and C, each with tailored development strategies.
Class A cities include key municipalities like Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Wuhan, Dalian, and Qingdao, along with approximately 40 provincial capitals. These cities have mature markets with growing brand awareness and significant potential. Store development in these areas focuses on shopping malls, with a planned ratio of 2-5 stores and 1-2 counters.
Class B cities cover additional county-level cities beyond Class A, with around 70 locations. These areas have smaller populations but show promising growth for franchise opportunities. Development here primarily targets standalone stores, with a 1:1 ratio of stores to counters.
Class C cities are those outside of A and B, mostly smaller towns with limited population and less developed consumer markets. Here, we focus mainly on store development, with some counters in shopping centers, also following a 1:1 ratio.
At the core of our strategy is brand building, using chain expansion as a model. We adhere to a cooperative alliance system, emphasizing resource sharing and efficient national operations. Our goal is to spread "Ant Aberdeen" across China, leveraging its strong vitality to achieve 500 franchisees in the coming years.
In terms of regional distribution, we divide mainland China into several key areas: Northeast China (Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning); East China (Shandong, Anhui, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai); North China (Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Shanxi, Henan); Northwest China (Shaanxi, Ningxia, Qinghai, Gansu, Xinjiang, Tibet); Beijing-Tianjin; Southwest China (Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan); Central China (Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi); and South China (Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan). This structured approach ensures effective market coverage and strategic growth.
