The historians generally believe that the production of jade wares in the Ming and Qing dynasties represented a high level in the feudal era. The art of the Qianlong dynasty reached the peak of history. During this period, the palace jade wares were not handed down and became a milestone in the history of the jade ware. Even if the auctions are not sufficiently exquisite, they can shoot a high price of nearly 10 million yuan, indicating that Qianlong's charm has not diminished.

Under the impetus of Qianlong's jade works, Hetian jade was the majority. Both the fine texture and the price of the Ming and Qing jade wares, which are suitable for playing the collection, have risen steadily in recent years, attracting great attention from the market and collectors. For example, in China’s Jiade “Beauty of Jade and Fine Arts - Crafts and Rewards” special event, the total number of auctions was 198, the turnover rate was 57.07%, the turnover was 2015.95 million; Beijing Poly Chinese Jade Fair turnover was 35.607545 million yuan, the turnover rate was 54.34 %. Among these special auctions, most of the auctions were jade works of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The transaction status fully demonstrated that the price of jade articles in the Ming and Qing Dynasties increased significantly.
