According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, from January to September, clothing enterprises above designated size in Jiangsu Province completed a total of 3.425 billion garments, an increase of 2.02% year-on-year, accounting for 15.78% of the national total, and the growth rate was lower than the national growth rate (National It was 2.65%), of which 2.497 billion were woven garments, an increase of 3.83% year-on-year; 927 million were knitted garments, a decrease of 2.55% year-on-year. In terms of enterprises, from January to September, there were 2,518 garment enterprises above designated size in Jiangsu, including 428 loss-making enterprises with a loss of 19.86%. The main business income was 298.372 billion yuan, an increase of 8.53% year-on-year, and the total profit was 17.574 billion yuan. Increased by 19.86%. Yu Bing, president of the Jiangsu Clothing Association, said that although the garment industry in Jiangsu is still at a relatively advanced stage, it should pay close attention to the unbalanced development of the industry caused by structural differences.
