Based on the basic research, this project explores a series of process technologies that are suitable for the spinning, dyeing, finishing, and garment processing of fine denier and ultra-fine denier polypropylene fibers. The shuttle loom has developed more than 60 kinds of novel fabrics and over 100 garments. The product has good hydrophobic and moisture-retaining properties and is a high-tech new product. After being put on the market, it was particularly favored by consumers, and the economic and social benefits were very significant. This project has not only realized the industrialization of fine denier and ultrafine denier polypropylene fibers, but also developed a series of functional follow-up new products such as dyeable, far infrared, antibacterial and health care, which can give this high-tech product higher Added value, which will lay a solid foundation for the product to further occupy the domestic market and open the international market. This project utilizes the company's existing equipment and makes appropriate modifications to establish a spinning and spinning post-processing production base. The goal of “less investment, quick results, and high efficiency” has been achieved. At present, the use of this project has successfully established "Donghua Jiuding Microfiber Co., Ltd." and "Shanghai Mengtai High-tech Textile Co., Ltd.", and the industrialization work is proceeding smoothly.
The main technical indicators of this project are:
Monofilament denier ≤ 1 dtex; Multifilament denier: 22 to 120 dtex; Multifilament strength ≥ 3.0 cN/dtex; Elongation at break: 20 to 60: Winding speed: 400 to 3000 m/min; Draft Stretching Velocity: 200 ~1000m/min.
