With an annual output of 6.5 million pieces, the newly added output value is 150 million yuan.

Such a smart factory is not uncommon in the textile and clothing industry in Quanzhou. In recent years, Quanzhou has formulated and implemented a roadmap for the transformation and upgrading of textile and garment, and has started to carry out national-level independent innovation demonstration zones, “Made in China 2025” pilots, “CNC generation” and “Internet+”, which has effectively promoted industrial transformation and upgrading. There are 25 textile and footwear enterprises in Quanzhou's high-tech industry. In 2016, the output value was 60.9 billion yuan, accounting for 50% of the total high-tech output value, accounting for nearly 15% of the whole industry.

Among them, 41 textile and footwear enterprises were included in the intelligent manufacturing demonstration enterprises above the municipal level, and the product quality and efficiency were greatly improved. In the first half of 2017, the profit increased by 27.1%, which was higher than the industry by 12.5 percentage points; the labor cost decreased by 14.2%. From 2016 to 2017, there were 2,263 new textile companies, including 311 textiles and 1,763 apparel and apparel industries.

According to Quanzhou City's "Transformation and Upgrade Roadmap for Textile and Footwear Industry", the development goal of the textile and garment industry is: the total output value of 2020 will reach more than 310 billion yuan, and Quanzhou textile clothing industry will become a well-known "sports and leisure products capital" at home and abroad.
