The spot check involved 20 batches of 13 knitted underwear production enterprises in 6 districts and counties in the city, and qualified for 17 batches, with a pass rate of 85%. Through testing 20 batches of products, such as component content, formaldehyde content, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, etc., a total of 3 batches of products failed, and unqualified items were all component contents. The problem of “Zhuofu” women's Qiuyu produced by Tianjin Zhuofu Health Products Co., Ltd. is more prominent. The content of the product logo is “Cotton: 80% Apocynum: 20%”. However, after testing, the actual content of the product is only "cotton: 100%." The Apocynum fiber component not only has the common characteristics of general hemp fiber such as moisture absorption, air permeability, moisture permeability, high strength and high strength, but also has a good silky feel and certain medical and health care functions.

The spot check involved 15 batches of 14 cotton wadding product manufacturing enterprises in 8 districts of the city, among which 11 batches of products were qualified and the pass rate was 73.33%. Of the 15 batches of products that were spot checked, there were problems with 4 batches of products tested, of which 3 batches were inconsistent with the identity of the ingredients, and the color fastness values ​​of 1 batch of the products did not meet the national mandatory standards. Among them, the "old Meihua" brand cotton clothing produced by Lao Meihua Shoes & Garments Co., Ltd. has a relatively outstanding problem. The color fastness to the product and the perspiration fastness to color of the product after testing are not in conformity with the national mandatory standards.

The spot check involved 7 batches of 7 children's clothing production enterprises in 3 districts of the city, among which 4 batches were qualified, and the pass rate was 57.14%. Among the seven batches of products that were spot checked, there were three batches of products that were tested and there were problems. Two batches of products contained components that were inconsistent with the labels. The pH of one batch of products did not meet the national mandatory standards.
