Overview

A type of linen canvas, named after its use as a canvas base fabric. Fabrics have the characteristics of high strength, smooth fabric, non-deformation, easy to oil color and so on. They are the best varieties in canvas. 210tex or 120tex dry-spun short hemp yarns are generally used as warp and weft yarns, and plain weaves are interlaced with a medium-sized loom. The warp and weft density is 92 pieces/10cm X 96 pieces/10cm or 116 pieces/10cm X 112 pieces/10cm, the warp and weft tightness Usually around 50%. The cloth width is generally 145cm. After weaving oil canvas, we usually only perform dry finishing, shearing and light calendering.
